I've often heard from clients while discussing their production issues related to unfavorable user experience. The biggest question for them is where to begin diagnostics. Should it be the UI or should it be the Server-side.
My personal opinion is that they should begin with UI, which is relatively less complex and less time consuming. The outcomes of UI testing and monitoring will automatically validate whether issue is at the server / infra side. Any thoughts?
